Excess baggage?
If you have bags under your eyes, like me, or puffiness, here’s a trick I learned that is MUCH cheaper than surgery or expensive creams.. Put a spoon in the fridge until it gets nice and chilled. Once cold, press the spoon against the skin under your eye. No kidding, it’s soothing AND works!

Ab crunches are not the best way to lose belly fat. High intensity aerobics are a better option to trim your tummy. HOORAY! Obviously, this means you have to sweat it out and do the hard yards as opposed to doing crunches for two minutes… But still! I hate crunches! Yipee!
