Stressing over things has been linked to weight-loss. Personally, I think it’d be from all the crying and the not eating cause you’re so upset about something.
But YEAH, i’m sure it’s just a chemical thing.
Pesonally, I was massive in my teens, so this doesn’t apply to me.
