Today, I didn’t want to die after doing the exercise. I kept the fan on me the entire time so that I wouldn’t COMPLETELY dehydrate, which was probably the smartest idea i’ve had all week.
That being said, I couldn’t muster the energy for the last round of cardio… I pretty much bobbed from one foot to another instead of running on the spot. Lazy lazy me!
Oh well, I felt better for doing SOME exercise.
After that I had a green tea and a hefty breakfast.
Nothing better to rev up your metabolism engine than exercise, hot water and a big breakfast!
