Having a hot lemon tea, or green tea… or any hot tea (sans sugar) half an hour before your meal will work as an appetite suppressant!

Half the time, when you feel hungry you’re actually thirsty! This makes sure you aren’t putting extra energy in when all you need is hydration!

Especially in the morning, a hot cup of tea works wonders for your liver (as a cleanser, which is always good) and also kick-starts your metabolism.

Invest in lemon, green, or peppermint tea… They are miracles in a bag.
