This morning I managed to get through the whole routine without passing out, or sitting down to rest. Good for me!
My calves hurt, my forearms hurt, and my butt hurts.
I take this hurt to be a good thing, as I’ve been told that in order to make the muscles stronger they go through a pain process.
The muscle tears and stretches and, in the process of rebuilding (like a terminator, you will keep on going!) the muscle gets stronger and stronger. If you stretch afterward properly it will also lengthen your muscles - more awesomeness.
I am getting slighting annoyed with having to get up early. I know, it takes a while to form a habit, but everyone else is asleep! I want to be asleep! Whine whine whine.
Still, it’s feeling good so far. I’ll do it again tomorrow.
