I know, I know, trying to maintain a healthy balance in your diet SUCKS when
a)your friends have metabolisms like race cars and can eat entire pizzas and not get bigger,
or
b) your friends invite you out to dinner all the time.
Eating out can be laden with complex carbs (basically anything white, and which will do you no favours), fats, oils, and unnecessary loadings of sugar. But fear no more! Simple tips?
So try those out for size, and remember that its all a balance! If you know you’re going to go out for dinner, have a smaller lunch! Just remember to cross off all the circles (vegetables, carbs, protein, dairy, fruits and fats)!
